BLACK WALL CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS
Effective Date: October 2, 2026
Black Wall is committed to providing a safe community and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any activity that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, or otherwise endangers a child.
Prohibited Conduct
Black Wall strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, distributing, promoting, or facilitating content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming of minors for sexual purposes, sexualization of minors, sextortion involving minors, child sex trafficking, solicitation of sexual content from minors, and attempts to facilitate sexual exploitation of a child.
These prohibitions apply to all areas of Black Wall, including The Wall, Mirror, Motion, Village, comments, messages, profiles, live or recorded content, and other user-generated content or communications available through the platform.
Reporting Child-Safety Concerns
Black Wall provides users with an in-app reporting mechanism for reporting content, accounts, communications, or behavior that may violate these standards. Reports involving potential child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety matters and may result in immediate restriction or removal of content and/or accounts while the matter is reviewed.
If a child is in immediate danger, users should contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
CSAM and Enforcement
Black Wall will take appropriate action when it becomes aware of suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation on the platform. Actions may include removing prohibited content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving information when legally required, and cooperating with lawful investigations.
Black Wall will report confirmed CSAM and other reportable child exploitation matters to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities when required by applicable law.
Compliance With Child-Safety Laws
Black Wall complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and maintains procedures for responding to reports involving suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation.
