I have recently experienced a problem with new residents of the Adelphi Quarter apartments allowing their dogs to eliminate in my and surrounding yards and properties. I typically address each individual to not permit their dog on my property at all, as I find it intrusive, disrespectful, and trespassive. I have also met with the Adelphi property manager to address the problematic and repeat violators. The property manager agreed to publish a memo to residents to respect Adelphi neighbors and to cease this activity! I will continue to monitor the situation for compliance.
